Terms and condition as follows.
Payment
50% of total paid before the project is started (nonrefundable), the remainder paid with full postage and handling fees before the miniatures are sent back.
PayPal only
If the client does not pay in full within 30 days of project invoice for completing being sent the miniatures will be considered mine and sold for the remainder of the monies owed.

What are the miniatures?
Are the miniatures provided or do they need assembly, will you send them to me or purchases them new and have them shipped directly to me.

After this information is received I will send you an estimation of project duration and cost (excluding shipping).

How do we proceed?
After initial contact, miniatures being received and 50% deposit paid (nonrefundable) a test miniature will be painted and a photo sent to the client for to show the color scheme and standard of painting for the majority of the miniatures for mass troops for the selected painting level e.g. Empire Infantry
After the test miniature is painted and colour scheme finalized ( Major colour scheme alterations can be made at this point after the project is started alterations can be requested however will be at my discretion. In later stages
Progress update photos will be sent weekly or at stages of project sub stages/ units.
At the completion of the project pictures will be provided of the miniatures, single characters, groups of miniatures units and the army as a whole. At this time minor changes can be made within reason.
Shipping will be calculated and a final invoice for the commission cost and shipping and handling will be sent. The client has 30 days to be paid in full. After 30 days the miniatures will be considered mine to do with as I wish and will be resold to for the remaining amount owing. If you have any reasons for not being able to pay please contact me before the 30 days has ended and we can arrange something.
Shipping:
Miniatures shipped with tracking registration and insurance if requested (paid by client). Miniatures will be wrapped in tissue, taped and packed in a ridged cardboard box with packing beads and layered with bubble wrap. All endeavors will be taken to securely pack miniatures so they do not move during shipment or break. I however will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to miniatures after they are passed on to courier or postal services.
Extra notes:
1) I can try to match existing paint jobs to my best but I cannot guarantee it will be exact. If you want specific colours or brands used on your miniatures It will be up to you to cover the cost of paint for me to acquire them If I do not yet own them. This can either by you buying them and having them sent directly to me or by and additional fee per paint. These paints will then be shipped with the miniatures back to you at the completion of the project.
2) Spare parts/ accessories not used will be kept by me unless requested to be returned.
3) I’m a single painter and in the event that I can’t meet my projected deadline due to unforeseeable circumstances I will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of any delays.
4) After the test miniature is painted ,major colour scheme alterations can be made at this point, however after the project is started alterations can be requested however will be at my discretion. In later stages of the project major colour scheme changes can be made for a repaint fee in addition to the cost already paid for the original painting of the miniature.

5) All photos of your miniatures are my property with regard to posting on this site and affiliated social networking sites for displaying my commission work. This photos will not be uploaded until the end of the project into my commission gallery.
